What is Rapid Transformational Therapy & How Does it Work?

Did you hear about the new therapy that is spreading and healing the world like wild fire? I have. It has impacted me on such a deep level and that is why I want to introduce it to you too.

But why is it spreading in the world like wild fire? The answer is immediate, it’s in its effectiveness.

This therapy is Rapid, it is Transformational and it is deeply Healing.

Are you one of those, who has spent weeks and months talking about your issues, trying different methods, looking for solutions over and over again and in the end nothing really changed, or maybe you are one of those, who is just looking for a great and effective therapy for yourself. Let me share with you how you can heal and what Rapid Transformational Therapy can do for you.

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a unique, pioneering therapy that looks at you as a whole being with emotional, mental and physical needs.

It’s based on neuroscience, and offers fast, effective results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

What really happens during Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Firstly, the therapist carefully examines your conscious thoughts, emotional patterns and your body`s response to those patterns.

Then the therapist takes you into a deeply relaxed state of hypnosis. As you have probably heard, hypnosis doesn’t send you to sleep, it does quite the opposite instead. It wakes you up to your amazing potential. Hypnosis is an absolutely natural and safe state of being. Without realising, we are very familiar with it as we go in and out of hypnosis constantly during our daily activities. For instance, when we are watching our favourite movie, or are just about to fall asleep, or when we wake up early in the morning, we are in the relaxed state of hypnosis. So, it is absolutely safe and familiar to us.

What happens during hypnosis?

During hypnosis our conscious mind becomes calm and quiet. The conscious mind is the part of our mind which is constantly active and observing and commenting on every action we make. It likes to criticise others and ourselves, it doubts and creates stress and anxiety.

With the technique of hypnosis the conscious mind becomes relaxed and we have open access to our subconscious, which exists underneath our conscious mind.

There in the subconscious, everything is stored. We have access to all our memories, our deeply installed beliefs, behaviours, patterns and emotional imprints. These limiting subconscious beliefs and behaviours run in the background like a computer program and we aren’t consciously aware of them, but they are constantly influencing our life, how we feel, our decisions and reactions.

Purupriya Petra Dolinar

Since a young age my life was always drawn to the alternative side of society.
When I was 16 years old, my path led me towards spirituality and I
met Sri Chinmoy, an inspiring and spiritual person, who is a teacher in meditation and music, as well as an artist and philosopher.

I started to practice meditation on a daily basis and my life quickly started to change and move in a very good direction. I stopped smoking, drinking on the weekends, and started to do quite a lot of sports, lost a few pounds and started running. Since then I have run quite a few marathons and a few 10 and 12hr races. Running for me is not just running, it is also deeply healing, it clears my thoughts and emotions and it gives me a lot of energy.

Sri Chinmoy really turned my teenage years in the right direction.
Over the years the meditation group had a lot of workshops and seminars, where Sri Chinmoy was training us and showing us the art of our thoughts and emotional world. He was teaching us how to control and also transcend our thoughts, especially our negative states of mind and emotions. To learn how to deal with these states, first we have to become aware of what is happening inside of us. For this, meditation is the greatest tool. It brings you awareness of your own thoughts and emotions running deep within you. Once this happens you can easily transcend them.

Later I became a member of a girl spiritual band "Blue Flower". We travel the world and offer the experience of meditation through music. The music is deeply healing, composed by Sri Chinmoy and it lifts every heart.

Some years later I came across Rapid Transformational Therapy and Marisa Peer. I instantly felt drawn to it, because it just offered so much to me.
I found myself in every word and I knew there was something special for me to find.

For me the therapy was an absolutely unique experience that I am truly grateful for. Rapid Transformational Therapy made me realise that all that was holding me back was a limiting belief about myself that I thought was true. Since then I am even more dedicated to learn how we can inspire each other and help each other as human beings.
