What is NLP?

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Neuro = neurology
Linguistic = language
Programming = neural language functions.

In other words, learning NLP is like learning the language of your own mind and how to use that to live your best life.

NLP Techniques

We live our lives as an English speaking human but our mindset, attitude, and body language is speaking a different language.

We need to detect and then modify unconscious biases or limitations of an individual’s map of the world with NLP techniques. These techniques are talking to the person, questioning them, empowering them to question themselves and then reframing their thought for growth. It can be so simple and so powerful. It changed my life and took me from a shy teacher to a boss lady who uses NLP on myself to empower others through Aromatherapy.

That frustration you feel is rarely at others but is at yourself, as you need to communicate with your mindset to set up that business or make those new friends or practice that yoga or learn about those essential oils.

Achieve your goals

It is so easy.
Firstly, consciously name what you want.
Second use NLP and your unconscious mind to get it.

The conscious mind sets the goals while the unconscious mind is the goal getter.

We can use NLP to stop getting in our own way.

How does YOUR mind work? Well, think back on your achievements- how did you do it? How did you get your qualifications or raise those children? Was it through mind mapping, making lists, making new friends for inspo, buying products to help? Wanting it and so just making it happen?

NLP is your translator so your conscious and unconscious can communicate. So that your desires are named in a goal and your attitude follows suit.

We use techniques like reframing, anchoring, questioning self talk, using positive body language and conversation.
